Get to Know Us

RLTR Land Surveyors, PSC is a women-owned professional land surveying firm established in Puerto Rico in 2019, providing survey-grade geospatial data for utility, roadway, corridor, drainage, coastal, site development, and critical infrastructure projects across Puerto Rico and the USVI. We primarily support engineering, architectural, environmental, construction, and public-sector clients that require accurate existing conditions data for planning, permitting, design, construction, and project closeout. Our work includes boundary and topographic surveys, as-built documentation, drone surveying, bathymetric and hydrographic surveys, subsurface utility location and designation, construction staking, and 3D LiDAR scanning and mobile mapping. What sets us apart is our ability to combine professional land surveying judgment, regulatory compliance, field experience, and advanced geospatial technologies to transform complex field conditions into reliable, defensible data that helps design teams reduce uncertainty, avoid costly redesigns, and move projects forward with confidence.

Projects

Sectors served

Transportation

Reliable survey data for roadway, bridge, drainage, and right-of-way improvements.

We support roadway, bridge, drainage, and right-of-way projects with accurate survey-grade data for planning, design, permitting, construction, and as-built documentation. Our services help engineering teams understand existing conditions, identify constraints, and move transportation projects forward with confidence.

Utilities

Accurate geospatial data to support utility design, coordination, construction, and documentation.

We support water, power, telecom, drainage, and underground utility projects through topographic mapping, subsurface utility location and designation, as-built surveys, corridor documentation, and geospatial data collection. Our services help reduce design uncertainty, improve utility coordination, and minimize conflicts during construction.

Coastal & Port facilities

Surveying and mapping support for coastal, waterfront, and marine infrastructure environments.

We provide professional surveying and mapping services for coastal, waterfront, port, and marine-related infrastructure projects. Our work supports permitting, design, shoreline analysis, bathymetric and hydrographic data collection, as-built documentation, and infrastructure improvements in complex coastal environments.

Corridors

Survey-grade mapping for linear infrastructure projects across complex and extended project limits.

We provide survey-grade mapping for linear corridor projects, including roads, utilities, drainage systems, easements, rights-of-way, and infrastructure alignments. Our team is experienced in collecting reliable field data across extended and complex project limits to support design, permitting, construction, and asset documentation.

Boundary Surveys

Infrastructure projects depend on knowing where property rights begin and end. We provide professional boundary surveys for utility corridors, roadway improvements, easements, right-of-way, permitting, and land development projects, combining field evidence, record research, and professional analysis to deliver reliable property boundary data for design and decision-making.

Drone Surveying

Some project sites are too large, complex, or difficult to document efficiently from the ground alone. We provide survey-supported aerial mapping for utility, roadway, drainage, environmental, site development, and infrastructure projects—helping engineering and design teams capture reliable site data, visualize existing conditions, and support planning, permitting, design, and construction decisions.

As-builts Surveys

Construction does not always match the plans. We provide survey-grade as-built documentation for utility, roadway, drainage, site development, and infrastructure projects, helping owners, engineers, contractors, and agencies verify constructed conditions, identify discrepancies, support record drawings, and close out projects with confidence.

Topographic Surveys

Accurate design starts with reliable existing conditions data. We provide survey-grade topographic mapping for utility, roadway, drainage, site development, and infrastructure projects, helping engineering and design teams reduce uncertainty, avoid costly redesigns, and move projects forward with confidence.

Bathymetric & Hydrographic Surveys

We provide bathymetric and hydrographic surveys to support engineering, environmental, coastal, drainage, flood control, and infrastructure projects. Our work includes survey-grade underwater mapping of bottom conditions, depths, cross sections, and submerged features, as well as related shoreline and waterway data needed for planning, design, permitting, and construction.

3D LiDAR Scanning
& Mobile Mapping

Complex field conditions can slow down design, coordination, and decision-making. We use RTK SLAM LiDAR technology to capture detailed, survey-supported 3D existing conditions data for utility, roadway, corridor, building, and infrastructure projects—helping engineering and design teams reduce uncertainty, improve coordination, and move projects forward with confidence.

Construction Staking

Even the best design can fail if it is not accurately laid out in the field. We provide survey-grade construction staking for utility, roadway, drainage, site development, and infrastructure projects—helping contractors, engineers, and owners translate approved plans into precise field locations, reduce layout errors, and keep construction moving forward with confidence.

Subsurface Utilities Location and Designation

Hidden utilities can delay projects, increase costs, and create serious design and construction risks. We provide subsurface utility location and designation services for utility, roadway, drainage, reconstruction, and infrastructure projects—helping engineering and design teams identify detectable underground utilities, reduce conflicts, improve coordination, and integrate reliable utility information into CAD/GIS design workflows.
