What We Provide
Boundary Surveying
To determine property lines and define true property corners of a parcel of land described in a deed.
Drone Surveying
Certified as a Remote Pilot, Part 107 FAA. Drone data for land surveying, urban planning, land management and construction.
Engineering Surveying
Surveys for the development, design, construction, operation and maintenance of civil and other engineering projects.
Topographic Surveys
The purpose of a topographic survey is to collect survey data about the natural and man-made features of the land, as well as its elevations.
Geospatial Services
Modern tools contributing to the geographic mapping and analysis of the Earth and human societies. GIS and image processing analysis for all project phases.
Elevation Certificates
Used to provide elevation information necessary to ensure compliance with community floodplain management ordinances; to determine the proper insurance premium rate; and or support a request for a Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) to remove a building from the Special Flood Hazard Area.
Construction Staking
Site layout staking, marking the location of proposed new structures such as roads or buildings.
Land Partitioning
To divide or aggregate parcels of land. Our Land Surveyors are skilled at undertaking the physical measurements that are needed to accurately locate land parcels on the ground and to write the unambiguous legal description of the land to create legal title in real estate.
ALTA Surveys
A comprehensive boundary survey that adheres to the national standards adopted by American Land Title Association and National Society of Professional Surveyors (formerly the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping).

Certified WOSB
This certificate validates that the business is 51 percent owned, controlled, operated, and managed by a woman.
Certified HUBZone
HUBZone is a United States Small Business Administration program for small companies that operate and employ people in Historically Under-utilized Business Zones.
Pilot in Command
FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
OSHA 30-hour Construction
Health and safety awareness to reduce the risk of workplace hazards.
Young Entrepreneur
Certified as Young Entrepreneur by the Puerto Rico Trade and Export Company.
TWIC Credential
The Transportation Worker Identification Credential, also known as TWIC®, is required by the Maritime Transportation Security Act for workers who need access to secure areas of the nation’s maritime facilities and vessels.
