RLTR Land Surveyors, PSC is a women-owned professional land surveying firm established in Puerto Rico in 2019, providing survey-grade geospatial data for utility, roadway, corridor, drainage, coastal, site development, and critical infrastructure projects across Puerto Rico and the USVI. We primarily support engineering, architectural, environmental, construction, and public-sector clients that require accurate existing conditions data for planning, permitting, design, construction, and project closeout.
